86'd is a bar inventory tool: scan bottles, track counts and par levels, and send orders to your distributors by email.
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your password private. If a staff member with access leaves, change your password in Settings — that signs out every other device.
New accounts get a free 30-day trial with no card required. After that, continued use requires a paid subscription, billed through Stripe. Cancel anytime; your data stays intact and access resumes if you re-subscribe.
AI bottle identification and inventory math can contain errors. Order quantities are suggestions calculated from the counts and par levels you enter. Always review an order before sending it — you are responsible for what is ordered from your distributors, and 86'd is not liable for ordering errors, over-purchases, or stockouts.
"Sent" means our email provider accepted the message. We can't guarantee a distributor reads or acts on an order — confirm important orders directly.
Don't abuse the service, attempt to access other accounts' data, or use it for anything unlawful.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms; continued use after an update is acceptance of the new terms.
