Your account details (name, email, business name), your bar's inventory data (products, counts, par levels, prices, orders, distributor contacts, staff names you add), and the bottle photos you take while scanning.
Bottle photos are sent to our AI providers (OpenAI and Google) solely to identify the bottle, and are not stored on our servers after identification.
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
We use Render (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and OpenAI/Google (bottle identification). Each receives only what's needed to provide their function.
We do not sell your data, and we do not share your bar's inventory or ordering information with anyone except the service providers above.
You can permanently delete your account and its data at any time from Settings → Delete Account inside the app.
Data is encrypted in transit. Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text.
